No, Kinetic Kidz is a cash-pay-only practice. This allows me to provide the highest quality care without the restrictions and limitations often imposed by insurance companies. I accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, checks, and cash.

Payment is required at the time of service. I provide a detailed receipts and documentation, which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement if your plan includes out-of-network benefits.

I offer the convenience of in-home therapy sessions or meeting at a community location such as a park, school, or recreational center. This flexibility helps children feel more comfortable and allows therapy to be seamlessly integrated into their daily routines.

During our first visit, I will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your child's physical abilities and challenges. We will discuss your concerns, set goals, and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your child's needs.

The frequency of therapy sessions varies based on the individual needs of your child. After the initial evaluation, I will recommend a therapy schedule that is most beneficial for your child's progress.

I understand that schedules can change and often life gets in the way! Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
